“A Hat Full of Sky” is a brisk, funny Discworld story for younger readers, told with more drive than Tiffany Aching’s previous outing. Tiffany, now eleven, spends less time inside her own head, and the Wee Free Men again supply the loudest laughs. Some readers rate it above “The Wee Free Men” for exactly that pace. A good pick for anyone who enjoys witches, jokes and a light touch.
