Our view
“Borders of Infinity” is a well-built collection of three Miles Vorkosigan novellas, linked by a short frame story. In it, Miles has to account to his superior for what he spent, and some readers single out “The Mountains of Mourning” and care less for the other two stories. It suits readers already following the saga who would rather have these shorter adventures in one volume than hunt for them separately.
