Our view
“Unnatural Death” finds Lord Peter Wimsey in high spirits, chasing what may be the perfect murder. Bunter and Parker are back at his side, and Miss Climpson, new to the series, carries out much of the investigating on his behalf. Some readers find it a clear step up from the previous Wimsey novel, building steadily towards its final scene. It was published in the United States as “The Dawson Pedigree”.
