Our view
“Undead and Unwed” is a light, unserious paranormal romance that turns Betsy Taylor into a vampire and plays her new life for laughs. The first adventure of the “Undead” series, it has a plot lively enough to keep the pages turning. Some readers find Betsy and the hero too vain to like; others find her over the top in a way that adds to the fun. It suits readers after a breezy vampire comedy.
