Michael Scott

Michael Scott — 6 titles in the rankings, first published between 2007 and 2012. They average 7.9, above the 7.8 the whole catalogue averages. One series has a reading order worth keeping to.

Editor’s note The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel brings the real medieval alchemist into present-day San Francisco, still alive thanks to the Philosopher’s Stone, where twins Sophie and Josh are caught up in a war among figures from world mythology. Six books, one story — read in order. The Alchemyst is the most read but the lowest rated; the series climbs to the finale, The Enchantress.
