Our view
“Finale” brings Becca Fitzpatrick’s four-volume young adult fantasy romance to an emotional close. For anyone attached to Nora and the characters around her, the ending is a happy farewell. Some readers feel that Nora’s life turns too completely around the boy she loves and that several late plot turns and revelations add little. This is a last volume for those who have followed the series from its beginning, not a place to start.
