“Fine, I guess. I thought it would have been a lot more interesting as a fleshed-out series instead of the middle-grade-ish? book that it was. Fun enough, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.”
“This had every element I usually love in a light fantasy novel. I don't know why I didn't like it more. Possibly the narrative skipped around too much and it felt more like I was reading a summary than several solid points of view.”
