Our view

“Absolution Gap” has the scale and imagination of the earlier Inhibitor novels. Across more than 750 pages the book is carefully composed and hard to predict. Many readers wanted a stronger ending, and some feel the story simply stops, with threads left open. It follows straight on from “Redemption Ark” and is no entry point to the series.
