Our view
“The Arctic Incident: The Graphic Novel” packs Artemis Fowl’s second adventure into a brisk, funny 128 pages of comics. A plea from his kidnapped father sets the young schemer in motion, and the pleasure lies in watching Artemis and his companions pull together. As the second of four graphic novels in the series it follows on from the first, and is pitched at middle-grade readers who want magic, jokes and fast action.
