Siege, family trouble and romance make “One Fell Sweep” a cosy, inventive third “Innkeeper Chronicles” book. Dina, who keeps an inn for otherworldly guests in Texas, has a sister exiled to a penal planet and assassins besieging her door. Some readers find the prose itself unremarkable; others enjoy meeting that sister and her daughter and the stronger love story, or call this the best volume so far.

About the book
Dina DeMille may run the nicest Bed and Breakfast in Red Deer, Texas, but she caters to a very particular kind of guest-- like a former intergalactic tyrant with an impressive bounty on her head, the Lord Marshal of a powerful vampire clan, and a displaced-and-superhot werewolf.
