Our view

“Krondor: Tear of the Gods” is an adventure packed with thieves, pirates and magic, adapted from the computer game “Return to Krondor”. This third volume of “The Riftwar Legacy” sends Jimmy on a quest crowded with enemies. Some readers feel the game origins show in a hero who meets one deadly threat after another, though they welcome new characters who add depth. Best suited to Feist readers who want more time in Krondor.
