“Fabulous Bodies” is a gory, outrageous zombie caper with one of the oddest set-ups around. Its heroine, an aspiring fashion influencer, robs graves to pay the bills, and once the dead rock star she is delivering wakes up, Chuck Tingle turns the job into an anything-goes ride. Some readers hooked by that premise lose interest when the story goes fully supernatural, and find the characters too broadly drawn to care about.
