Our view

The second half of the Six of Crows duology picks up days after the first book and gives each of its many viewpoint characters a proper ending. Some readers find it slower than its predecessor and need time to settle into it, but the heist plotting stays clever and the emotional weight is greater. One late turn strikes some as forced. Read the first volume before this one.
