“I was interested but kind of wanted to get the through the book quickly. I did have some gasp moments it was a good read”
“I'm always amazed at how Freida McFadden manages to recycle the same formula over and over again and still maintain such a loyal audience. In Dear Debbie, we follow a woman whose seemingly ordinary life—strained marriage, troubled teenagers, and simmering resentment—begins to unravel as secrets surface and the psychological tension escalates. Like many of McFadden's thrillers, the story centers on an unstable or morally questionable narrator, domestic drama, and a series of “twists” meant to reframe what the reader thinks they know. Unfortunately, this felt like the same tired plot I've read…”
“I absolutely loved this audiobook! Debbie herself was a bit crazy, but in a fun way, which made her a great FMC. I flew through this book and enjoyed every moment of it. This time I didn’t fully see the ending coming, which is always a big plus for me. Definitely a recommendation from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
